Board meetings are generally held two weeks prior to General Meetings. Anyone in the membership wishing to place discussion or action items on Board of Directors Meeting or HSH General Meeting agendas should contact the President of the Society, a minimum of one week
before the subsequent meeting date, at info@historicalsocietyofhelotes.org.
